Our Clinic
Committed to complete, holistic oral health.
Welcome
We welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds. Our focus is on providing personalized preventive dental hygiene care, along with the knowledge, skills, and tools you need to maintain long-term oral health. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs so you can feel confident in your care.
As independent dental hygienists, strict infection control guidelines and standards are followed to ensure patient safety. The guidelines that are followed are set out by CDHO and Public Health Ontario IPAC.
Curious How We Got Our Name?
Prevention is the foundation of both oral and overall health — the inspiration behind the name of my practice, Oral and Overall Health. With the right education and regular professional cleanings provided by a registered dental hygienist, you can protect your smile while supporting the health of your whole body.
Why Choose an Independent Dental Hygiene Clinic?
Independent dental hygiene clinics focus on preventive care, patient education, and personalized treatment.

- Preventive care focused on long-term oral health
- Flexible appointment options
- Personalized one-on-one care
- A comfortable, relaxed environment
- Accessible services for individuals and families
If specialized dental treatment is ever needed, we work closely with a network of trusted dentists and healthcare providers to ensure you receive comprehensive care.
Do I Need a Dentist to See a Dental Hygienist?
No. In Ontario, you do not need a referral from a dentist to see a registered dental hygienist at an independent dental hygiene clinic.
Dental hygienists are regulated health professionals who are trained to provide preventive oral health services such as dental cleanings (scaling), oral health assessments, preventive treatments, and oral health education.
If we identify concerns that require additional treatment — such as fillings, crowns, or specialized care — we will refer you to a trusted dentist or specialist.
